PeopleIN

PeopleIN finds, employs and manages workers for businesses across Australia and New Zealand. It supplies temporary and casual labour, fills permanent roles and runs managed workforce services for large contingent workforces. It also offers workforce planning and industrial relations advisory, recruits Pacific workers through the PALM Scheme and runs First Nations recruitment.

The work is divided among specialist brands, each focused on one sector. They include AWX for trades and labour, Perigon Group for finance, corporate, executive and government roles, and Halcyon Knights for technology. Clients deal with a single account manager. PeopleIN says it recruits for construction, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, transport and logistics, government, defence, and environmental and surveying services.

PeopleIN is headquartered in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, and has been listed on the ASX under the code PPE since 2017. It says its roots go back more than 30 years and that it operates more than 20 locations across Australia and New Zealand. It reports paying 13,000 to 15,000 workers a week and holding a database of 1 million candidates. Tom Reardon, a co-founder of the group, is CEO and Managing Director.
