PeopleSuite

PeopleSuite is a US talent solutions and executive search firm. It says its journey began in 2004, when its founder envisioned a consultative search practice. David Preston is named as co-founder and CEO. The firm has offices in Alabama, New Jersey, North Carolina and Tennessee, and says it identifies talent from across the country.

Its services are retained search, for C-suite roles, critical leadership roles and confidential searches, and contingency search for mid-level roles. It also offers contract staffing for short or long-term projects, and behavioural assessments to support candidate selection. Retained work is billed in 25% instalments tied to performance milestones, and each client is paired with a personal talent expert.

Its practice areas are retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, defence and aerospace, real estate and construction, finance and accounting, cannabis and agriculture, private equity, and healthcare and life sciences.
