People Source

People Source is a staffing agency that places workers in light industrial, truck driving, construction, skilled trades and data center roles. Its light industrial work covers warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and logistics positions, and it also recruits tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians. Clients can use temporary, temporary-to-hire, direct hire or payrolling arrangements.

The company began in 2002 as a family-owned firm serving clients in Oklahoma, then expanded into Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and Phoenix. It has offices in Oklahoma City, Arlington, Deer Park and Austin, and says it continues to grow through acquisition and client referrals.

People Source describes itself as a woman and Native American-owned firm, and says it is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Regina Bozalis joined the team in 2017, after more than 25 years running a landscape and architecture business.
