People Impact is an executive search and recruitment firm based in Malmö. It was started in 2005 by Anne Barbosa and Boel Lundell, who both had many years of experience in recruitment, executive search and personal assessment.
The firm recruits mainly managers and specialists at executive management team level. It says it adapts its search method to the nature and location of each role and has solved assignments in most industries, regionally, nationally and internationally. Personal assessment is used as a central part of the final stage of its recruitment assignments, to check candidates against the agreed requirement profile, and it also carries out second opinion assessments.
Beyond recruitment, People Impact offers leadership support and tailored coaching programmes for leaders, and takes on development assignments related to leadership and business development. It is a member of Exsead Alliance, a network of executive search consultants in Sweden that also includes ProAstri and Re-Source.
