About the Agency
People Group is a recruitment agency based in Brisbane, Queensland, that places permanent and contract staff in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain and procurement. It also offers labour hire and executive recruitment, and shows real estate recruitment as a further area for candidates.
The company describes itself as a boutique agency. Its director, Hans Swartz, says he has over 16 years of experience in recruitment. Other team members describe backgrounds in freight forwarding and in transport and logistics before moving into recruitment.
People Group says it replaces a new hire free of charge if the placement does not work out within the first three months, and that it checks in after placement. It does not recruit for roles that offer sponsorship, internships, graduate programs or entry-level positions, and it accepts applications only from candidates currently living in Australia.
