The company provides recruitment services for businesses that need local and Filipino workforces. It recruits for heavy equipment and diesel mechanics, construction and engineering, mining and resources including FIFO workforces, manufacturing and industrial, plumbing and pipefitting, HVAC and refrigeration, automotive mechanics, healthcare and aged care, hospitality and catering, and professional and administrative services.

Candidates are assessed at an in-house Trade Assessment Facility by certified trainers and assessors, and the company says its workers are pre-screened and vetted to meet Australian labour standards. Its process covers sourcing, skills assessments and document management. One client, Kennards Hire, says it has recruited over 200 small engine mechanics from the Philippines through the company for its operations in Australia and New Zealand.
