Peeps Consulting is a recruitment and consulting business serving the media, advertising, AI and technology sectors. It says it has more than 15 years of industry experience. It was founded by Julie Anne Longano, who is its Executive Director. Longano previously worked in media sales, media planning, sponsorship management, operations and partnerships, including at Southern Cross Austereo, IPG MediaBrands and Dentsu Aegis Network.

Its services are headhunting, recruitment, talent representation, role transition coaching, career coaching, CV design, and AI transformation and consulting. It focuses on approaching talent who are not actively looking for new roles, and says over 80% of its recent successful placements were headhunted candidates rather than applicants. Longano reports making placements over the past ten years at companies including Val Morgan, Fairfax/Nine, the Australian Football League, JCDecaux and Mediacom.
