Peak Sales Recruiting is a recruitment firm that focuses on B2B sales and sales leadership hiring. It recruits account executives, sales managers, senior sales leaders and VPs, as well as entire sales teams, for companies in the technology, professional services, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing and industrial sectors. Sectors served also include software, medical device and pharmaceutical.

The firm says it was founded by sales leaders. Eliot Burdett and Brent Thomson are named as co-founders and Kyle Fletcher as CEO. Services include sales executive search and sales team RPO search. Its process has four steps: setting corporate objectives, profiling ideal candidates, targeted headhunting of people who are not actively looking, and candidate assessment that includes track record verification, behaviour-based interviews and psychometric profiling. After a hire it also helps with compensation planning, quota setting and 30-60-90 day planning.

Peak has offices across the US and Canada, including New York, Toronto, Austin, Boston and Chicago, and one in London. It reports that its candidates have generated over $1.2 billion in incremental revenue since 2010 and that it has serviced 5000 companies.
