Peak Partners is a US firm that provides placement, staffing and mergers and acquisitions consulting services. Its recruitment work covers information technology, legal and corporate operations roles for clients in banking and financial services, government contracting, healthcare, software and professional services. It also offers confidential placement support to licensed attorneys and legal support staff.

Its placement service can act as an outsourced recruiter, handling job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening and background checks, interviews and salary negotiation. The staffing service supplies temporary workers for long-term projects and also supports payroll and onboarding.

The mergers and acquisitions arm, Peak Strategy Advisors, advises small and mid-size buy-side and sell-side clients and says it has done so for more than 20 years. Jill Reamer, the principal, established Peak Strategy Advisors and runs the firm's three divisions. In 2021 the firm bought Professional Personnel Services, a staffing business Neal Fisher opened in Towson, Maryland, in 1985. The firm says its leadership has more than 75 combined years of experience.
