Paxus is an Australian recruitment business that specialises in tech and digital roles, and also recruits for sales, marketing and finance. It works with clients in government, energy, industrial, financial services, technology and professional services. Roles it fills include cloud architects, AI/ML engineers, SCADA engineers and project managers.

Its services cover permanent, contract and executive search recruitment, as well as payroll management. Its Talent Solutions offering includes recruitment process outsourcing, volume recruitment and outsourced payroll. Paxus says it places thousands of people every year and works with organisations of all sizes, from startups to government. It describes its presence as national, and it is based in Melbourne.

Paxus was established in 1964 as a data centre management company and began IT recruitment in 1973. Adcorp Group acquired it in 2013, and Adcorp is now its parent company. It is a founding member of APSCo in Australia and says it is ISO 9001:2015 certified in Australia.
