About the Agency
Pave Recruit is a London recruitment agency serving the transportation and infrastructure sectors. It recruits engineers, project managers, consultants and advisers, on both contract and permanent terms, and says its roles include work on sustainability and active travel.
The team describes itself as a tightknit trio of New Zealand expats who settled in London, and says its journey began in 2011. It reports over two decades of experience in the industry. Its process starts with a meeting to understand a candidate's situation and goals, followed by matching them to a role, arranging and preparing them for interviews, and aftercare that includes help with matters such as where to live.
The agency is based at Development House on Leonard Street, London.
