Patterson Recruitment is an independent, founder-led recruitment agency based in Melbourne and working with organisations across Australia. It recruits for not-for-profit, aged care, NDIS and disability, and education organisations, and says it has a growing presence in Sydney and Brisbane.

The agency places senior specialists and leaders, from communications, fundraising and business development specialists to General Managers and Executive Directors. In education it covers non-academic roles in P&C, marketing, advancement, operations, finance and compliance.
