Pathway Recruitment

Pathway Recruitment is a recruitment agency that places candidates with construction businesses across Australia. It recruits for residential construction, commercial construction, civil and capital projects, insurance building and repair, trades, and administration and support functions.

Its trades work covers carpenters, electricians and plumbers, while administration roles range from project coordinators and site administrators to office staff. Civil and capital projects include major infrastructure and government developments. The company works with both clients that need to hire and candidates looking for work.

It says it draws on industry knowledge and hands-on construction experience, and that it takes a straightforward and transparent approach to recruitment. It also says it has recently opened for business.
