Partners in Mission

Partners in Mission is a consulting firm that works exclusively with Catholic education, serving Catholic schools, dioceses and religious congregations across the United States. It is based in Stamford, Connecticut.

Its services cover strategic planning, feasibility studies, capital campaigns, advancement assessments, enrollment management, and board and leader development. It also provides operational support such as accounting, payroll and benefits, HR and communications, and advises on AI strategy.

Search and recruitment is one of its service lines. The firm conducts executive search and leadership recruitment for Catholic school presidents, principals, heads of school and other senior leaders, and assists with stakeholder interviews, candidate sourcing, discernment, evaluation and onboarding support. It says it has worked with more than 1,000 Catholic organisations over more than 15 years, and that its partners have raised over $1 billion through capital campaigns and advancement.
