Paragon Group International

Paragon Group International is an executive and key employee search and recruiting firm based in Austin, Texas. It was established in 2002, and it says its experience in professional recruiting dates back to 1989.

The firm places candidates in permanent full-time positions across the United States, primarily in the energy industry and investment banking. Most of its search assignments are mid to high-level management roles and key employee searches, and it also has experience with C-level searches across the energy industry.

Its clients range from small start-ups and pre-IPO companies to Fortune 500 firms, public and private. It also draws on a network of established recruiters around the world to identify candidates beyond its own resources, which gives clients a single main contact.
