Paragon Executive Search is a recruitment firm that sources senior management and executive talent on both a permanent and interim basis. Its work is split into two areas. A Sales and Management practice focuses on senior roles within Technology, Outsourcing and Consulting, and a Finance division places senior accountancy and finance professionals in commerce and industry.

The firm describes itself as networking led and says it works through a partnership approach, so that clients and candidates deal with an experienced, specialist consultant. It says it does not differentiate between candidates and clients, and contrasts its approach with the more volume driven model of larger organisations.

James Brown, a partner who has focused on Public Sector Technology and Outsourcing markets since 2005, set up the business with David Tully in 2010. Justin Whorton, the partner for Finance, set up on his own in 2012 before joining forces with the firm. Its registered office is in London.
