Paradigm Search Group

Paradigm Search Group is a recruitment firm that works only in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. It recruits plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinicians and clinical and executive leaders for practices nationwide, and also provides practice transition and succession services.

The firm calls itself a boutique and serves healthcare leaders, physicians, surgeons, aesthetic clinicians and owners of plastic surgery practices. Each client receives a dedicated search effort, and work is done on a performance-based contract. It was founded to change how recruitment is delivered in plastic surgery.

The company is based in Dallas, Texas. It is led by its founder and principal, Steve Look, and says it has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, including physician, advanced provider and allied health staffing.
