Pappas & Pappas is a Boston-based firm that provides human resources search, executive search, career management and career transition services. It was founded in 1997 as Pappas & Pappas Consulting and works through three practices: Pappas & Pappas, CareerMode and CareerMindful.

Its human resources search work covers retained searches to establish HR leadership and build HR teams, plus interim HR support through contract HR consultants. HR clients that want to outsource their staffing function can use its Outstaffing solutions. It says its applicant tracking system holds close to 30,000 records. Its executive search work covers CEOs, CxOs and other senior leaders. It works across all industries, with experience in life sciences, professional services, financial services, technology, healthcare, nonprofit and academia.

Career management and transition programmes are offered through CareerMode, and mindfulness-based career coaching through CareerMindful, to organisations, groups and individuals. Karen Pappas and Dave Pappas are the managing partners and co-founders. The firm says its leadership team has combined industry experience of over 100 years.
