Panda International is a recruitment agency that works only in the life sciences. It has operated since 2012 and was founded by Jay Freeman and Daisy Tazelaar. It recruits in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and health tech, and through Panda Intelligence it also places Data and AI specialists.
Its services are permanent recruitment, contract and freelance recruitment, managed service provider (MSP) programmes, talent solutions for high-volume hiring, and executive search. It also hires for venture capital and private equity firms and the companies they back. The company says it can fast-track visa sponsorship in the Netherlands and run payroll for candidates across the EU.
Panda International says it supports clients across Europe and the US. Its Amsterdam office is on Sarphatistraat, and it also has offices in Zurich and Brussels.
