Pak Personal

Pak Personal is a Swiss staffing and recruitment company that places qualified specialists and workers on temporary assignments and in permanent positions. It serves companies and job seekers across Switzerland, Liechtenstein and western Austria.

The company was founded in 2008 by Thomas Katnik in Altenrhein, and he is its owner and managing director. PAK Personalservice GmbH in Feldkirch, Austria, has been part of its network since 1 July 2015, and a branch in Schaan, Liechtenstein, has existed since 2021. It has offices in Altenrhein, Feldkirch and Schaan.

It recruits for industry and production, construction and related trades, electrical and electronics, warehousing and transport, and metalworking. It says it is a member of the Swiss staffing association Verband der Schweizer Personaldienstleister and is SQS-certified. It also says it belongs to the Austrian staffing association Österreichs Personaldienstleister.
