P3 Recruitment

P3 Recruitment is a recruitment agency that places people into real estate and property careers. The name P3 stands for People, Placement, Property. The company is based in Woolloomooloo, Sydney, and says it has spent over a decade connecting candidates with real estate and property companies in Australia.

It names residential real estate, commercial, industrial and retail, development and project marketing, corporate and construction as its areas of specialisation. Roles it recruits for include sales, property management, administration, marketing and accounts, on full time, permanent and temporary bases, and it offers a temporary and contract service to employers.

For candidates, it meets them in person, draws up a shortlist of suitable companies, arranges and prepares them for interviews, and negotiates salary and contract conditions on their behalf. It says it also makes proactive introductions to companies that have no advertised opening, and that two out of five of its placements are made this way.
