Oxford Tax Recruiting

Oxford Tax Recruiting is a tax recruitment and staffing agency that works only with tax professionals, filling both income tax and non-income tax positions. It is based in Littleton, Colorado, and serves clients in the Western United States. Jay McCauley, the Managing Director and Senior Recruiter, started the firm in 2011.

The company provides temporary and seasonal tax staffing to cover compliance and reporting deadlines, and places tax professionals from staff level through to partner and senior vice president. Its clients include public accounting firms, large global companies, and small and medium-sized businesses that are starting to bring their tax work in-house. It says some of its relationships with clients and candidates span more than 15 years.

Its tax specialties include international tax and transfer pricing, federal and state compliance, indirect and transaction taxes, tax accounting and reporting, audit defense, M&A and dispositions consulting, and HNW and expatriate tax compliance and consulting.
