Operaria

Operaria is a recruitment company based in Helsinki that has done specialist recruitment and headhunting since 1999. It fills expert roles, particularly in technical industries, and recruits for management and sales positions in those industries. It also regularly recruits technology and financial administration specialists.

For employers it offers recruitment services, direct search, suitability assessments and support for employer branding. In direct search a consultant approaches candidates directly, so the search is not limited to active job seekers. Its consultants have backgrounds as entrepreneurs, and each specialises in direct search for particular roles and sectors.

The company reports more than 1,500 recruitment assignments since 1999 and a 98.92 per cent chance of getting a hire right the first time. It says it will search for a replacement at no charge if the cooperation with the chosen candidate fails or the candidate leaves early.
