Operam Education Group

Operam Education Group is a network of specialist, regionally focused education recruitment agencies serving schools and multi-academy trusts across the UK. It was founded in 2017 by Eddie Austin, who is its chief executive, and Andrew Frome, and has grown by acquisition, starting with Provide Education. Its other brands include The Education Specialists, Teachers UK, Key Stage Teacher Supply, First For Education and Bridge Education. Its head office is in Manchester.

The group supplies teaching staff, SEND specialists, school leaders and support staff, from Early Years and Primary through to Secondary, SEND and further education, as well as school administration and facilities roles. Its services include same-day and emergency supply cover, long-term and fixed-term placements, permanent recruitment, temp-to-perm solutions, bespoke packages for multi-academy trusts and strategic workforce planning.

Operam Education Tutoring, launched in 2021, coordinates the recruitment and supply of tutors to schools in England. Its tutoring initiative is approved by the National Tutoring Programme and run in partnership with the Fischer Family Trust. The group reports over 40 years of collective experience across its brands.
