Openwork is a staffing company based in Austin, Texas. It places people in temporary and long-term roles and works with both job seekers and employers. Its industry areas are office and administrative, accounting and finance, customer service, human resources and other professional roles, IT and engineering, industrial, manufacturing and production, skilled trades, and warehouse and logistics. Through Openwork Health, formerly QS Nurses, it also provides local and travel nurse staffing.

The business began in 1967 as Evins Personnel Consultants, launched by Mary Evins with its first office next to the Texas state capitol. It describes itself as a family-owned business. Evins was rebranded as Openwork in 2022 to grow beyond its central Texas roots. Since then it has added Rock Staffing in Atlanta, Georgia, opened an office in South Carolina and started doing business in Tennessee and Mississippi. The company says it has more than 50 years of staffing experience.
