About the Agency
Opennova is a specialist technology recruitment and staffing firm focused on cloud modernisation, data infrastructure and AI delivery. It says it does not recruit generalists, and it works for enterprise clients seeking data analysts, data scientists, engineers and product management specialists.
It offers three service models. Under Managed Engagement, it manages the people on a project team while the client keeps ownership of the tools and systems. On-Demand Staffing supplies expertise for projects as needed, and Talent Acquisition covers recruitment into client teams. It says searches draw on a specialist candidate community and market data.
The firm is led by Ryan Alfieri, founder and managing partner, and Alex Rosario, managing partner. They describe 25 years on both sides of enterprise technology.
