OpalStaff

OpalStaff is a technical staffing firm that provides IT and technical engineering staff augmentation to companies and government organizations. It describes itself as a certified veteran-owned (VOSB) business and has operated since 2002, when Trevor Simm founded it. Simm is its founder and president.

The firm places people on a direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire basis, and its services also include temporary-to-permanent placements and pay-rolling. It recruits for IT roles in areas such as system architecture, cyber security, software development, project management, business analysis and quality assurance. It says it draws on a proprietary database of nationwide applicants.

Its clients are Fortune 500, mid-market and emerging companies, and it reports that more than 15,000 companies worldwide work with it. OpalStaff is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
