One Haus is a recruitment agency focused on the hospitality sector. It fills unit-level roles on a contingent basis and handles corporate executive search on a retained basis. Its executive arm, OH Executive, concentrates on corporate placements from Senior Director level to C-suite.

For food and beverage operators, it runs confidential searches for salaried dining room, kitchen and corporate professionals. It identifies, contacts and interviews candidates, carries out reference checks, assists in curating chefs' tasting menus and acts as the link between candidate and operator during interviews. It also helps operators put together compensation packages, and offers restaurant and hotel opening staffing and company structure repositioning.
