Omnistaff

Omnistaff is a recruitment and staffing business that specialises in the European fashion and sports industries. It works in three business areas: recruitment, consultant placement and business development. Clients can turn to it for a candidate, or for a consultant to cover a shorter need, and it also carries out business development assignments.

It organises its work around six industry segments: fashion, sports and outdoor, workwear, footwear, health and beauty, and interiors. It covers 14 competence areas, including company management, e-commerce, design, sales and export, production and purchasing, retail, logistics, finance and human resources. It serves five European markets: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Benelux.

The head office is in Gothenburg, and the team is also based in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Amsterdam. The business is run by Omnistaff AB and led by CEO Mattias Olsson, who says he started the Omnistaff brand. The company reports that it has placed more than 150 managers and specialists.
