Olmec is a specialist human capital consulting practice headquartered in Singapore, with operations and capabilities across Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Australia. Olmec Consulting partners with human resources and business leaders on executive coaching and mentoring, human capital management consulting, executive on-boarding and first 100 days coaching, leadership and managerial skills profiling, competency analysis and benchmarking, employer branding, and outplacement and career transition.

From its Singapore base Olmec has supported clients in multiple geographies, and says many have been clients for almost 20 years. It argues it provides a capability akin to the largest executive search firms but more time and cost effectively, because as a private company it is unburdened by large corporate overheads and can tailor its approach and cost structure to each assignment. It employs only career recruiters and research professionals, with an average of over 15 years of experience in their sector, and the partners undertake assignments themselves rather than delegating to support associates. Its High-Calibre-Talent tracking system centralises intelligence on the passive job market, the candidates it says are performing in current roles rather than answering advertisements.
