Olivi.Growth is a specialist recruitment company for venture capital backed start-ups and scale-ups and for private equity owned companies. Its mission is stated in four words, we recruit, you grow, which the company explains as a division of labour: it concentrates on excelling at recruitment so that clients can concentrate on what they excel at, building products, science and technology that matter and growing their company or their career. Since 2004 it has built deep networks across the sectors it serves.

Those sectors are Technology, BioTech, MedTech, GreenTech, FinTech and DeepTech. Most of the companies it works with share three things: a clear impact purpose, ambitious growth backed by venture capital, and a need for people who can move as fast as they do. On the functional side it recruits across development, DevOps, data, product management, ownership and leadership, technical leadership roles, solution architecture, project and programme management, and general, transformation and operational leadership.

Three services sit side by side. Permanent recruitment draws on over twenty years of pan-European experience, from post-Series A scale-ups to global multinationals, across software and deep science alike. Interim provides an extensive network of interim managers and technical or scientific freelancers who can step in fast for transformation management, building a new team, or covering an urgent technical or R&D project. Leadership search is described as executive search but faster, pairing a wide network of leaders the company has stayed close to since their second career step with traditional market mapping to produce a shortlist without losing quality. A significant portion of the work is pan-European because of the geographical diversity of the clientele, many of whom are expanding across regions or are keen on remote hiring, and the company's international presence also positions it to support growing teams in the United States. It works with a carefully chosen, select group of clients whose strategy and products it knows in depth, which is what it says lets it identify the right match quickly.
