Ogunsen

Ogunsen AB is a Stockholm-based group that meets organisations' need for competence through a set of brands, each working in its own specific niche. Its idea is to establish, acquire and develop niched companies that together create a complete offering in kompetensförsörjning, ledarförsörjning and talangförsörjning for clients. The group companies operate independently under their own brands, offer services or markets that complement the other companies in the group, and are characterised by an ability to build long, close relationships with clients, employees, candidates and other stakeholders, a strong company culture, and a will to develop and contribute to clients' progress.

Two brands are presented on the site. SJR has provided consultants and recruitment since 1993 and offers specialists and managers within ekonomi and finance and adjacent business areas. Wes Group works in executive search and advisory at board and management level, with a stated focus on diversity and inclusion. Between them the group covers senior finance hiring, consultant assignments and board level appointments.
