Odyssey Staffing provides offshore talent to the real estate industry, summarising the offer as US quality at offshore cost. It delivers skilled real estate professionals in the Balkans who work United States hours, use the client's tools and follow the client's standards, so that, as the company puts it, it feels like an in-house domestic team. Odyssey handles recruiting, onboarding, training, local-law compliance, payroll administration, accounting, and IT and security, giving clients access to offshore talent as a service with minimal administrative overhead. It states that all-in cost savings run at 50 to 70 percent against domestic labour.

The capability set follows the real estate value chain. Property and asset management covers leasing, collections, maintenance administration, procurement, financial budgeting, accounting and compliance. Construction and project management covers design coordination and approvals, scheduling, preconstruction and procurement, field coordination, cost controls and closeout. Estimating covers quantity takeoffs, RFP and bid management, bid levelling, budgeting, contract awards and cost and cash flow projections. Accounting and finance covers financial reporting, bookkeeping, AR and AP, payroll administration, job cost reporting and billing. Engineering, architecture and design covers AutoCAD and Revit drafting, 3D modelling and visualisation, shop drawings and field support, while further teams handle acquisitions and development, contracting and risk management, and IT support including QA testing and data automation.

Odyssey Staffing was built over the course of more than a dozen years as the in-house offshoring infrastructure for Spaxel, a vertically integrated owner, operator and developer of institutional real estate assets, whose offshore team has worked on billions of dollars of institutionally capitalised projects across the whole project lifecycle. Clients engage through one of two models: Dedicated Staffing, where full-time embedded professionals work exclusively for them and the client manages day to day priorities, or Shared Services, where they draw on Odyssey's specialist teams on demand with a dedicated account coordinator, which suits project-based work, overflow and surge periods. The two models can be combined. Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager, training is customised and led by the company's own senior functional experts, and the company says a signed agreement typically becomes a productive team member in two to three weeks.
