Ocr Commodities is a recruitment company that specialises in the commodities sector and recruits globally. It says it covers agricultural products, from soft commodities such as coffee and sugar to nuts and spices, and serves clients from farm to final consumer, including producers, exporters, warehouses, tradehouses and financial service providers.

It recruits at every level of a commodity company, from agronomists and account managers to traders and the C-suite. The company says its team is made up of former industry insiders, and that it works through long-term client relationships with an emphasis on confidentiality.

Ocr Commodities has offices in Surrey and London. Andrew Kerr is its CEO and founder.
