Oakleaf Partnership is an HR recruitment and executive search business founded in 2005 by Richard Colgan, who remains Founder and Group CEO. Oakleaf Partnership Limited is part of the Oakleaf Group. It has offices in London and New York, the latter opened in 2022 when the brand launched in the United States.

The company recruits across all areas of HR, including generalist HR, HR business partnering, reward, payroll, HR operations and HR technology. It places people on permanent, contract and temporary terms, and supports interim, fixed-term and fractional hiring. Its executive search practice runs retained searches for CHRO and CPO-level appointments. Specialist teams cover professional services, financial services, tech, media and telco, consumer, industry and science, and not for profit. Its financial services clients include asset and wealth managers, insurers, private equity and hedge funds, and banks.

In the US, its teams also support corporate functions such as finance, legal, procurement and marketing. The company says it supports clients across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East, and offers market mapping and salary benchmarking. It says it has 21 years of delivery behind it.
