Nursiecare Recruitment is a nurse-led recruitment and workforce partner serving aged care and healthcare providers across Australia, particularly in regional communities. It was founded by Anna Bennett, an AHPRA-registered nurse.

The company places AHPRA-registered nurses and allied health professionals in permanent roles, including registered nurses, general practice nurses and clinical management positions such as Clinical Care Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator. Both sponsored and non-sponsored roles are covered.

It also recruits internationally, working with overseas nurses and offering guidance on AHPRA registration, ANMAC assessment and employer sponsorship. It collaborates with accredited training organisations and migration professionals, runs a Learning Hub with online learning resources and guides for nurses and employers, and uses an applicant tracking system to manage hiring from candidate selection to onboarding.
