Nurse House AB is a privately owned bemanningsföretag for healthcare staff and healthcare units, describing itself as a secure and reliable staffing company with long experience of putting the right person in the right place. It works with sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, läkarsekreterare and läkare, covering both sides of the market: employers who need to cover a staffing requirement, and healthcare professionals looking for assignments. The business operates alongside Doctor House AB, and the two are presented together as Nurse and Doctor House.

The specialism is healthcare and care staffing throughout. Assignments run from a few hours to as long as the need lasts, and staff choose how much, when and where they want to work, with the option of having their salary paid once or twice a month. The team brings long tenure to the work: Kaarina trained as a district nurse in Finland, worked mainly in elderly care in Sweden and as a contracted nurse, holds a bachelor's degree in HR from Stockholm University, and has been placing doctors, nurses, assistant nurses and medical secretaries since 1999. Åsa is an undersköterska with a background in emergency care and sales training who has worked in healthcare staffing since 1996, and Hélène Kischinowsky is a trained personalvetare and counsellor who has worked in the recruitment and staffing industry since 1996.
