It says it recruits for more than 1,000 health systems, using a database it says covers over 92% of US physicians, NPs and PAs, and that it has partnered with 252 Federally Qualified Health Centers.

For employers, it offers a refund if it does not deliver two vetted candidates within 120 days. For clinicians, it provides access to unadvertised roles, interview coaching and contract negotiation guidance.
