Now Dutton

Now Dutton is a specialist recruitment agency serving the UK. It recruits for construction, mechanical and electrical, sales and marketing, IT, and AI and data, and has also introduced a nursing and medical sector in its Newcastle and Edinburgh branches.

Its trades and labour division supplies permanent, temporary and contract staff for commercial and industrial building, new build and social housing, civil engineering and shopfitting. Clients range from major national construction firms to small regional builders. In mechanical and electrical, it recruits for electrical contracting work. On the digital side, it has invested in a dedicated Digital and Technology Division covering roles such as cyber security specialists, cloud and DevOps engineers, data scientists, and AI and machine learning engineers, alongside sales and digital marketing positions.

The Newcastle branch opened in 1997. Now Dutton was acquired into a group in 2020, and Adam Sheekey is the group's CEO. The head office is in Sheffield, with branches in Newcastle, Edinburgh, Hull, Romford and Cardiff.
