Now Careers

Now Careers is a recruitment agency serving the housing and construction sectors across the UK. It was established in 1992, and the business grew from an idea by Gary Redman to change how people see recruitment.

The agency works with housing contractors, subcontractors and main contractors. It fills blue-collar and white-collar roles on a temporary and permanent basis, from trades and labour to management. Accounting and finance and business support are also listed among the areas it covers.

Now Careers is headquartered in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, and has an office on Hagley Road in Birmingham. It says its recruiters have a combined 34 years of experience in the construction industry, and that it has supported the staffing needs of thousands of UK employers. It also names the USA, Germany, Australia and the Middle East among the places it has worked.
