I have worked with both Technology People Group and Novon since we opened our doors in 2012. Joining was an easy decision for me, as I wanted to be surrounded by like-minded people....people who work hard but have fun whilst doing it! Beginning as a Principal Consultant, helping source IT Project Delivery Specialists for our diverse client base, I now support growth at XG Companies, specifically Novon Consulting & Technology People Group, helping them achieve business goals and growth aspirations, and ultimately drive the internal people and culture agenda. Why do I work here? We spend so much of our precious time at work, I wanted to be surrounded by people I admired, people who inspired me, and most of all, people who made my time in the office enjoyable. I get that here. Also, we have a global presence with the headquarters based in a fantastic location in Sydney CBD with direct access to all the new Barangaroo site has to offer. The company recently invested in renovating our warehouse style office, adding a breakout room with a fully stocked kitchen, pool table and ping pong table where the team hang out when we're not working hard.
