The company was founded by Mario Nothegger, who comes from Zell am See in Austria and moved to Munich in 2014. In 2021 he worked as a sales director in SAP consulting.
Its services are direct placement of SAP specialists and managers, covering areas such as SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, ABAP, Basis and S/4HANA, with support through the whole hiring process. It also offers interim SAP recruiting, where a recruiter works inside the client's business to support SAP hiring, and interim SAP sales, where it takes over sales processes for companies that want to take on more SAP projects. Since 2023 it has been an official member of the SAP PartnerEdge open ecosystem and a speaker at the DSAG Academy. It is based in Seinsheim.
