Northbridge Recruitment is an Australian recruitment agency founded in 2010 by Shane Garvin, who is its Founder and CEO. It began in technology and IT recruitment and now covers technology and digital services, engineering and construction, accounting and finance, human resources, data science and cybersecurity, procurement, industrial automation and manufacturing, and telecommunications.

The company places permanent, contract and executive professionals. It also offers payroll management, managed service provider recruitment, IT on-demand and an on-hire labour agreement for placing skilled overseas workers. It works with organisations from small and medium businesses to ASX-listed companies and federal government agencies, and holds pre-qualified supplier status for Australian Government recruitment panels.

Northbridge has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and serves clients nationally. It reports more than 1,000 organisations served and over 16,000 placements.
