Northborn was founded by Rob Keyworth, who has 25 years of recruitment experience according to the company, including the last decade leading in-house talent acquisition at New Zealand growth companies such as Compac Sorting, Invenco, Xplor and Cin7. He is originally from Durham in the North East of England, and the company name reflects those roots.
