North Star Partners Group is a recruitment firm founded in 2025 that recruits for technology, security and executive roles. It specialises in cybersecurity, data and AI, go-to-market and technology and transformation leadership, placing roles such as CISOs, CDOs, CROs and CTOs.

Its services are retained search, permanent recruitment, contract and SoW resources, RPO and a shortlisting-only service. It also runs the Fractional Hub, a network of experienced executives available on a daily rate for short-term or semi-permanent engagements. Retained search follows its DRESS process. The firm also runs The Lounge, an invite-only executive community for cyber, data and AI leaders.
