Norfolk Capsey is a recruitment consultancy that places marketing and business development staff in professional services firms. It covers legal, accountancy, property and management consultancy firms, as well as professional bodies. Roles include specialist positions such as client relationship management, bids, systems management, PR, events, communications and digital marketing.

The company was set up by co-founders Colette Norfolk and Victoria Capsey, who say they bring more than 45 years of combined recruitment experience. They report placing directors, managers and executives in the UK and internationally, including Europe. Norfolk Capsey recruits for permanent and fixed-term contract roles only, and does not handle temporary work.

For clients, it offers talent sourcing, screening and shortlisting, candidate management, and market and salary insight. Senior or specialised roles can be handled through executive search or retained search. Candidates receive CV advice, interview coaching and help with salary negotiation. Clients pay a fee on placement, and candidates are not charged.
