Nordic Recruitment was founded by Sandra Hallberg, who is originally from Sweden and based in London. She previously worked at Randstad and Adecco in Sweden, then moved into talent management at SHL. She is certified in OPQ and Verify, two assessments that form part of the company's placement process.
