NordFin Partners is a recruitment business based in London that places staff on permanent and temporary terms and offers a fractional recruiter service. It was started by Jorel, a recruiter who reports eight years' experience helping companies across Europe find talent.

Permanent placement covers the full recruitment cycle, from niche specialists to senior leaders. Temporary placement runs on a margin-only model, in which the client pays an agreed margin on top of the worker's pay and statutory costs. The fractional partner service embeds an experienced recruiter in a client's business on a part-time, on-demand basis, providing recruitment systems and candidate pipeline management.
