Nodeworthy is a recruitment firm focused on the Web3 industry. It offers specialised headhunting for founders who want to hire crypto-native talent, and it also works with candidates in the sector, with a stated focus on Web3 talent in Southeast Asia.

The firm was founded by Daryl Tan, who previously led People and Talent functions at Pendle and across the Web3 ecosystem. It says it grew out of firsthand experience leading HR for one of the largest DeFi projects, and out of frustration with high-volume, low-quality CV spam from recruiters who did not understand the space. Howard Chen serves as an advisor, with over a decade of recruitment experience across tech, e-commerce, AI and Web3. Dominic Rohde, who is based in Dubai, serves as recruiter and advisor.

Its process starts with a discovery call covering the candidate's experience, motivations and career goals. Shortlisted candidates are put forward to hiring teams with weekly updates. Hiring managers run the interviews while Nodeworthy oversees timelines, and the firm helps companies and candidates negotiate salary and the offer.
