Noble People

Noble People is a recruitment business in Melbourne, presented by Murray Noble. It recruits mid-senior level, commercially focused and qualified professionals for contract and permanent roles in Melbourne, with a particular focus on finance teams for CEOs and CFOs.

Murray Noble says he has built teams for CFOs and CEOs in Melbourne for three decades and has helped more than a thousand people further their careers. He also offers to customise a program to help employers prepare for their next recruitment. He says most of his clients used to be candidates.

Recent assignments include financial controller, CFO, treasury, payroll, tax, commercial analyst and general manager roles. These sit in aged care, retirement living, health, retail, energy, infrastructure, FMCG and hospitality organisations.
